Dear Tabby (February)
Dear Tabby: I’m super rushed in the morning so I usually skip breakfast. I know this is bad for me, but I just don’t know what I should I make that’s really quick and healthy. Do you have any suggestions?

Dear Hungry: Breakfast helps improve concentration, retain lower cholesterol, and maintain a healthy body weight. It is a lot easier than you’d think to prepare an easy and nutritious breakfast in the morning. There is a wide range of options, from fresh fruit to French toast, that provide energy for the rest of the day. It is important to steer clear of breakfast foods with lots of sugar and processed ingredients, as they will not yield long-lasting energy. Here is my favorite French toast recipe.
Ingredients:
-2 slices of whole wheat bread
-2 eggs, beaten
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-½ teaspoon nutmeg
-¼ cup milk
-½ teaspoon vanilla
-4 tablespoons butter
-Maple syrup
Directions:
Begin by whisking the eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Take one slice of bread at a time and dunk it in the egg mixture, thoroughly coating it. Heat a pan over medium heat with a pat of butter until melted. Add the bread and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and top with fresh fruit and syrup to serve. Enjoy!

Dearest Tabby, I’ve been dealing with all my friend’s problems and issues that I hadn’t got a chance to know myself, I feel like such a babysitter. So how do you recommend I deal with this issue?
