Pool Updates (January)
Thank you for staying away during the filming. Except for the incident you saw on CNN, the pool was left alone over the break. Thank you for your cooperation everyone!
In completely unrelated news, Alexis’s and Taylor’s passes have been revoked; if they try to get on the roof, do not let them.
Even though it is cold in January, the pool is open unless covered in ice.
Lifeguards still must report for their shifts, and must save a drowning student no matter the water temperature or weather conditions. Remember to dress warmly (tiger shark wetsuits are mandatory!) and be prepared to treat hypothermia. Blankets are in the cupboard.
Despite some recent rumors, the pool is not turned into an ice rink in winter. The ice rink is planned for the roof of the new band building. Do not bring ice skates to the pool.
Floating heart candles for Valentine’s Day are almost sold out. Reserve one for your special someone before they run out! More details on the special night next month. Also, if it is cold on Valentine’s Day, the spa will be turned on.
Did you have happy holidays? Did you put up a tree? Do you need to get rid of your dead tree? Lucky for you, there will be a tree graveyard on the roof. All ornaments must be removed, and be warned, the trees may be used for the annual Presidents’ Day bonfire. Pick up times will be posted on the board. Also, please note that Aluminum Festivus poles are not accepted. They can be recycled.
