Halloween: The annual floating pumpkin festival was a success. Thanks to everyone who carved a jack-o-lantern. Please remember to collect them before they sink.

Daylight Savings/Winter Hours: Daylight savings ends on November 1. Remember to set your clocks back an hour. The pool closes an hour earlier during winter.

Cold weather: the pool is not heated, and the first rain storm will make the pool cold. If you didn’t get your Tiger Shark Wetsuit during registration, now would be a good time.

Migratory waterfowl: Canadian geese often stop at our pool. Please do not approach them, they have aggressive tendencies.

Life guard training classes start in mid-November. Times are posted on the bulletin board.
