School is almost over, but summer school is almost beginning! You can get PE credit by swimming a certain number of hours each day or by being a life guard over the summer. Come see me for more details.

The end of the school year is testing season, and it is rough for all students. Lifeguards that want to study or need to take a test do not have to show up to their post as long as they inform me of their test beforehand. Free period finals do not count.

The new band room, along with the ice rink on its roof, will be completed soon. It will open this coming winter, but Zamboni training will start in August. Watch the bulletin board for more info.

Auditions for “The Little Mermaid” will begin in June. All cast members must be able to swim. We are also looking for trained fish. We would like to avoid using pool toys again this year.
